By creating an account on VisaRunner ("the Platform", "the Service") operated at visarunner.io, you ("Operator", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VisaRunner.
If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
VisaRunner is a SaaS booking and client management platform designed for visa run operators across Southeast Asia. The Service includes:

Each account may only be used by one Operator. Sharing accounts or using the platform to provide sub-accounts to third parties without our written consent is prohibited.
The Service is offered under the following subscription plans:
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of each billing year. All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store payment card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will receive a renewal reminder by email at least 7 days before the charge date. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your billing settings.
If your booking volume exceeds your plan limit in a given month, new bookings will continue to be accepted but you will be notified to upgrade. Operators may also purchase additional booking capacity from the billing page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions without prior notice or refund.
As an Operator, you are the data controller for the personal data your clients submit through your booking bot. You are responsible for:
VisaRunner processes client data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not use your clients' data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
All rights in the VisaRunner platform, including software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of VisaRunner. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during the subscription period.
You retain full ownership of the data you and your clients upload to the platform. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VisaRunner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisaRunner and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination:

Material changes will be communicated by email and/or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
